Elite Earthmoving and Civil
THE COVE, PELICAN WATERS
Residential Development
The Cove is a luxury, residential community consisting of units, penthouses and terrace homes, located on the Sunshine Coast.
Elite Earthmoving and Civil was contracted to provide a basement dig, over 1000sqm for the new development, which included bulk excavations and transport of material from site.
Detailed excavation in and around sheet piling and screws piers was required, as well as, the installation of Piling Mat.
GREEN RV
Urban Development: Culvert Structure
To begin this project, we first had to strip and grub an old waterway and remove existing topsoil and vegetation. Then we dug the new waterway and installed a 1m rock mattress for structural integrity in the creek.
Next we poured the culvert base, installed the culverts and built a headwall. To complete the job, we backfilled the culverts and poured concrete hard stand over the top to allow complete site usage.

Our team also installed a Colorbond fence around the complete site.
GEMLIFE
Residential Developments
Elite Earthmoving and Civil is the chosen supplier of earthworks for GemLife developments across the Sunshine Coast, including residential and commercial developments.
We provide civil works including bulk excavations (cut to fill), road boxes, common service trenches and supply and transportation of bulk materials.
Our Commercial works span from detailed excavations for tennis courts, club houses, pools and other recreation facilities.
For Residential sites we provide house pads, pier foundations, drainage digs, driveways and landscaping preparations.
SPRING ROAD SUBDIVISION
Residential Development
Elite Earthmoving and Civil provided a 'turnkey' package of earthworks for the Spring Road Subdivision on the Sunshine Coast.
We carried out all civil infrastructure works of mains sewer, stormwater, inter allotment drainage and mains water to lots.
Further earthmoving was completed including retaining walls, road construction, curb and channel, as well as, footpaths, driveways and fencing.
